This retail shopping center located in the City of Diamond Bar had improvements to the existing shopping center. Diamond Hills

During the design phase Converse conducted a geotechnical investigation. This included the drilling of borings to depths of up to 50 feet and laboratory testing of soils samples. We prepared a report presenting our findings, conclusions and recommendations, including seismic and foundation design parameters, evaluation of secondary effects of earthquake and estimated settlement. During construction we provided observation and testing of grading operations, fill compaction, masonry, concrete and rebar.
